He was very helpful with understanding the scope of the work needed, worked effectively with my insurance adjuster, and provided excellent products and service. I had some follow up questions months later and he returned my calls and answered my questions. Also, since he warranty's his work; that gave me a piece of mind. After my roof got fixed , there was persistent but light rain whole night and I was very happy to see that there was no leak, However, a little wet patch on the roof confuses me, but it may be from previous rains.
